It should be clarified that we are not responsible for the accuracy, veracity or lack of it in the information that the user provides to OSTEC or for its outdated status, when it is his responsibility to provide it accurately or update it.

Furthermore, all technologies used by us will always respect current legislation and the terms of this Privacy Policy and that the consent provided by the holders is collected individually, clearly, specifically and legitimately.

We are committed to applying technical and organizational measures so that the personal data collected is protected from unauthorized access, with strict control over access to data by defining the responsibilities of the people who may access them.

However, we inform you that eventually the data collected on our virtual platform may be kept for a longer period, due to law, court order, fraud prevention (art. 11, item II, line “a”, of Law n. 13.709/ 2018), credit protection (art. 7, item X, of the LGPD) and other legitimate interests, provided for by art. 10 of the LGPD.

8. Change in the processing of personal data or in the privacy policy
